At NuZine, our ethos is founded in the belief that our involvement in a project can be born at any point in the process. And, although the process should always remain the same, not all projects are created equal.
Projects may follow a relatively straight course, but sometimes they zig and zag, and we pride ourselves on being able to jump in anywhere, or anytime we are required.
With team expertise in Design, Project Management and DOB Processes, our cooperative approach to projects allows for team flexibility, clients having options, and needs being fulfilled by a single point of contact. NuZine, is also certified by New York State as a WBE company.
NuZine was founded to facilitate designing, building and closing out commercial design projects in the Tri‐State area. All projects begin and end in their respective phases

GERTLER & WENTE ARCHITECTS
"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Laura Reddy and her team at Nuzine on numerous projects at 1407 Broadway for our mutual client, Shorenstein Realty. Their participation as Project Managers for the buildings owners was vital for the building to reposition itself in the real estate community. They were great at brainstorming solutions and pulling the sometimes disparate players together, not pointing fingers. They are team players working towards the success of the projects on behalf of the owner. Their role was to facilitate the design and construction process and they did just that - with poise and professionalism. It would be to anyone’s benefit to have Nuzine in their corner."
